Minerva CQ Achieves SOC 2 Type 1 Certification Demonstrating Commitment As A Safe And Secure Enterprise AI Platform

SUNNYVALE, CA, May 26, 2022 – Minerva CQ, the leader in real-time collaborative intelligence for the enterprise, today announced that the Company has successfully completed its Systems and Organizational Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 examination. SOC 2 reports focus on a service organization’s internal controls designed to meet its service commitments and system requirements based on the security criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The examination was conducted by Dansa D’Arata Soucia LLP (www.darata.com). In doing so Minerva CQ maintains its adherence to one of the most stringent, industry-accepted compliance frameworks for service organizations. provides additional assurance to its clients, through an independent auditor, that its business process, information technology and risk management controls are properly designed.

The official auditors’ report provides a thorough review of Minerva CQ internal controls, policies, and processes. It also reviews Minerva CQ processes relating to risk management and subservice (vendor) due diligence, as well as Minerva CQ’s entire IT infrastructure, software development life cycle, change management, logical security, network security, physical & environmental security, and computer operations.

"We are pleased that our SOC 2 report has shown that we have the appropriate controls in place to mitigate risks related to the services we provide to our customers,” said Ramesh Bobba, CTO and co-founder of Minerva CQ. “SOC certification is vital for our brand and for the safety of our customers and their customers. Research has shown that companies with compliance failures spend an average of $2.3 million more than those that comply. The average cost of a data breach, with high levels of compliance failures, was $5.65 million in 2020. Most importantly the cost of non-compliance can erode that customer trust that takes years to establish.”
